Our names are Ben and Magda, we are both professional chefs based in Chamonix, we established Mountain Gourmets in December 2008.
The Chamonix valley is an amazing place to be a chef, full of inspiration and culinary wonder. When we're not cooking we're out foraging, when we're not foraging we're reading about food or discussing it, it is a passion! We love to go on adventures, skiing, bike touring, and hiking...where we usually end up talking about food!
As well as continuing our Chamonix operations and yacht and villa services, from the summer of 2018 we will also be offering Atlantic seaside catering in the Charente Maritime.
Using varied techniques, styles, and interesting ingredients to bring a delicious meal to you. We prepare our dishes using fresh produce avoiding any processed foods. We like to put a lot of texture, colour and flavour into our dishes, endeavouring to create something unique and exciting for our guests.
Each client is provided with a tailored service providing a personal touch. We put all of our passion for food into our work so that each client feels like they're always being treated to a delicious feast, whether it's at the table or on a mountain!
We can offer you, traditional and gourmet chalet catering weeks, delivered meals, delivered breakfasts, a specialized pastry service, outdoor catering, cookery lessons, chef training and consulting and a VIP chefs service, at home and abroad.
Gluten free, lactose free, vegan, vegetarian catering is absolutely no problem for us, and is delicious!
Alongside our partner chalets and villas we can offer you a complete holiday, both winter and summer, in the mountains and by the seaside.
